For 2 months now I've been trying ADF at least for half of the month and what I've noticed is that if I do at least 36 hours I will wake up naturally at 6ish am and feeling great, usually I wake up 7h30 with alarm and not feeling great haha Just finished my 25 day water fast, lost about 42 pounds. I never really felt physically hungry even at the beginning, once I was in ketosis I never really felt a surplus of energy or anything.
